Terms & Conditions for Registered Students

ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY is an educational institute imparting coaching for Medical Graduates, aspiring for FMGE, NEET-PG, INI-CET AND NExT.

REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION

1. Each student interested in joining ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY, are requested to Fill the reg. link/Form along with 2 Recent Passport size photo’s & Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport Copy). For FMGE repeat students Previous Attempt Marks Sheet is Mandatory to be submitted. He/She needs to pay the prescribed course fee in its entirety. ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY reserves the right to accept/reject an enrolment application.
2. Students, who after completing the assigned duration of the prescribed course, desires to continue with ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY, is required to fill the application form afresh along with the payment of the prescribed course fee.

PAYMENT OF FEES

1. A Candidate is required to pay the reg. fee of 12,000RS initially (Inclusive of GST) for enrollment into the course along with completed application form to get formally registered in ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY.
2. A Candidate is required to pay the remaining prescribed course fee at the being of the Course at the time of starting the classes.
3. In Case of fee installments, Reg. Students shall be entitled to clear the due fee amt within 45days of the Course Starting. (OR) Students will be discontinued from the Course.
4. Course fee needs to be paid either by Cash/Local cheque/local Demand Draft Payable at Hyderabad (Kannur/Delhi). Post Dated and Outstation Cheques are not accepted.
5. A Payment receipt will be given in lieu of the fee paid.
6. Fee Once Paid cannot be refunded/transferred under any circumstances, even in the case of Pandemic, Act of God, Any Govt Advisory.
7. All Fee is subjected to carry 18% GST as per govt.

STUDENTS IDENTITY CARD

1. After payment of the prescribed course fee, a students will be given a Student Identity Card.
2. Temporary Identity Card will be given for students who have done partial payment, Permanent Identity Card will be given to students who have cleared full Prescribed course fee Payment.  
3. Students Identity Card has to be carried every day to the institute and has to be produced if demanded by the management of Arise Medical Academy.
4. Students Identity Card is issued only for the duration for which the fees as been paid. SIC is invalid once the Course term is over, and not valid for continuity of the course over 6months of Course.
5. Students Identity Card, If lost, Will be replaced and Rs 500/- Will be charge for new card.

SCHEDULE OF CLASSES AND FACILTIES PROVIDED.

1. ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY reserves the right to appoint faculties, changes the schedule and timings of the batches and the classes as per feasibility of faculty dates, travel schedules and logistical issues.
2. ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY will provide Individual library facilities at an additional cost apart from the course fee, Classrooms can be used post class hours for group studies at no additional cost.
3. ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY reserves the right to change the lectures and has the right to schedule extra classes or cancel classes on account of reasons beyond the controls of the management of ARISE MEDICAL ACADMEY, Institute Working hours or functioning on govt holidays/Weekends are in solely reserved to management decision.
4. Students needs to cooperate with the management and the lectures at all times for the smooth conduct of the institute and the classes. Indiscipline will not be tolerated at any cost.
5. Students are strictly prohibited from distributing notes given during lectures or Circulation/ Recording of the any part/ whole classes Online/Offline. If found guilty, Students/Candidates are Liable to be punished under copy rite infringement act.
6. Students are responsible for safe usage of facilities, books and desktop computers. Any damage or loss has to be compensated by the student; Compensation amount will be decided by the Arise Medical Academy Management.
7. Every students/candidate has to adhere to the timings, schedule, discipline and Punctuality as decided by the Arise Medical Academy Management.
8. ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY Strictly Prohibits consumption of alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, gutkas or any intoxicants within the premises. If found guilty, students/candidate shall be expelled out of institute without any refund.
9. Every Student/ Candidate has to keep the premises clean and hygienic.

CHANGE OF COURSE

1. Any Student/Candidate who is interested in changing the course from Online to Offline and Vice versa during mid batch is allowed.
2. Their will be no fee reduction in case of changing from Offline to Online, whereas additional fee will be charged in case of changing from Online to Offline. The prescribed fee change amt is subjected to management of ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY

DISPUTES, CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION AND EXPLUSION

1. Admission of a candidate is valid only for the period for which the fee has been paid. After the expiry of the admission a student is not allowed to attend the classes or utilize the facilities.
2. ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY reserves the right to expel any student on account of indiscipline, prolong absence or for any other valid reason. An expelled students barred from entering the ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY premises or using any of ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY Facilities, offline as well as online.
3. ARISE MEDICAL ACADEMY requires the students to resolve any dispute amicably and within disciplined limits. They have the right to appoint any solicitor or Co-ordinator to resolve a dispute. Students are free to ask a query or submit a grievance.
4. Any disputes will be subjected to jurisdiction of courts of HYDERABAD, TELENGANA.
